J. D. MARTIN-FOUNDER (1925-2006)
Brazos Roofing was founded by Mr. J. D. Martin in 1973 as a small, local roofing company. Mr. Martin, along with his son, Adren, built the company into an international roofing company, with one of the best reputations in the industry.

ADREN MARTIN (1951-1995)
Adren Martin, son of J. D. Martin, began working at Brazos Roofing while still in school. He started at the bottom (which in the roofing business is the roof!), and learned all phases of the roofing industry. At his death, he was co-owner, and responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company.

STEVE SMITH-President
President. Mr. Smith started as the Owner/Manager of Brazos Roofing International of South Dakota in 1988. In 1995, Brazos Roofing International of Waco and Brazos Roofing International of South Dakota merged, and now does business all over the United States, as well as Mexico and Guam, and the Marshall Islands.

Mr. Smith is a graduate of West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas, where he received a BBA in marketing. Affiliations include the Rushmore Rotary Club, Advisory Board-Black Hills Area Council-Boy Scouts of America, Black Hills Children's Home Society, Habitat for Humanity, Western States Roofing Contractors Association-Director, past Director of National Roofing Contractors Association, Member of Med West Roofing Contractors Association, Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, and an Associate member of Associated General Contracts of America.

Tommy McAdams-Vice President-Roofing Operations.
Mr. McAdams has been with Brazos Roofing since 1985. He is in charge of all aspects of the Projects, from Estimating to Job close-out. Mr. McAdams directly oversees all Superintendents, and works closely with them to assure that a quality roof is installed. Mr McAdams is also responsible for making sure that the roofing project is performed with Safety of our employees and the customer a main priority.

Ron Haddock, Director of Contracts.
Mr. Haddock has been with Brazos Roofing since 1973. He oversees all aspects of the contract, from the bidding process, to close-out. Mr. Haddock works directly with the owners/contracting officers/architects. Mr. Haddock's 30 years of experience in this area guarantees a smooth working relationship with all parties.
